Kumbh Mela Update

A few blessed members of our community visited the Maha Kumbh.

May their prayers be answered and some of the blessings be showered upon the wider Kashmiri sabha. Sudha Rawal ji share their experience with us.

Kumbh Yatra with Sudha Rawal ji

My pilgrimage tour, from January 9th to 14th, 2025, with Soil 2 Soul Tours, took me to Ayodhya, Triveni Sangam, and Varanasi. It was a truly blessed experience, as if God’s will had guided me there.

The tour was meticulously organised, starting with our visit to Ayodhya and our stay in a comfortable hotel. We then proceeded to Prayagraj, where we witnessed the awe-inspiring Kumbh Mela and took a dip in the sacred Triveni Sangam. The luxurious tents provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay during our visit to Prayagraj.

The culmination of the tour was our visit to Varanasi, where we performed Ganga Arti and Puja at the iconic Kashi Vishweshwar Mangala Arti. It was a humbling experience to witness the divine presence of the Ganges.

Overall, the entire tour was a well-planned and enjoyable journey. The efforts of the Soil 2 Soul team were truly commendable, and I was grateful for their dedication and expertise. My stay in all three destinations was pleasant, and the vegetarian food was simply delicious.

The luxurious tents were organised by the esteemed TATA company, while the food was provided by the renowned Taj Hotel. It was a privilege to experience such a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Ayodhya, Triveni dip, and Varanasi trip, all thanks to God’s grace and the exceptional organisation of Soil 2 Soul Tours.

Recent Community Events - Summary

n a strong double bill of pehle chill, phir hill, we had two KPAE events on two consecutive Saturdays!

Over 140 people came together at Crowne Plaza in Marlow for the New Year Dinner and Dance on 25 January 2025 and the following Saturday almost 90 people gathered in Milton Keynes for the Annual Badminton Tournament.

These two blogs by our President Dr Sundeep Kaul (aka Sunny Bhaiya) capture all the vibrancy and emotion from the two events:
