Key Instructions for booking
1. Book your Badminton tickets individually or as a family via this website (kpae.co.uk/events)
2. Note your booking reference number as that will be required for the Google forms later
3. Fill in the google form with the booking reference number in hand, else your booking will not be counted
4. Applicable only to 2025 finalists – all 4 finalists across all Pros and Champs categories will not be allowed to pair with the same partners. This has been decided to ensure fairness and a healthy growing competition.
Key Instructions for players on the day
1. Non-Marking shoes are compulsory. This venue does not have shoe hire facility.
2. We request everyone to be at the venue by 10:00 am at the latest. Match briefing is Mandatory at 10:00 am.
3. If we do not have a team on the court at scheduled Match-time, it will be a “Walk-Over” for the other team, unless the team is still playing their previous match.
4. Please ensure you get your own rackets with you on the day. Shuttles will be provided.
5. Please get a water bottle, we will have options to refill.
6. Once the match schedule is shared, please look at the match schedule and familiarise yourself with your partners/ formats.
