Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase

Eligibility and Membership Requirements
• Members must provide valid membership details at the time of purchase.
• Family Member tickets are strictly reserved for active members only. Non-members must purchase a Family Non-Member ticket.

Ticket Purchase and Payment
• All ticket purchases must be completed online.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.

Ticket Availability and Confirmation
• Ticket availability is subject to change and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful purchase. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact executives@kpae.co.uk or via whatsapp.

Refunds and Cancellations
• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
• In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
